Description

Chikankari is one of India's most delicate embroidery traditions, and this cushion cover carries it in fine detail across silk. Each motif is hand-embroidered by skilled artisans, needle by needle, in a design created in-house.
The silk front gives the embroidery a subtle sheen and drape, while the back closes with a simple cotton flap, keeping the insert neatly out of sight without a zip interrupting the design. Because of the silk and the hand embroidery, this one asks a little more at care time - dry clean only - but it repays that with a piece that looks and feels genuinely crafted, not printed.

A single silk Chikankari cushion can lift a plain sofa or bed instantly; a few together, mixed with our other cushion covers, builds a layered, collected look.

Dry Clean for first 2-3 washes.
