TWO SISTERS COMPANY will be able to accept a cancellation request any time before we ship your order. In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund immediately following the cancellation of the order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.
Refunds & Returns Policy
If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, return it to TWO SISTERS COMPANY in the condition you received it in, in the original packaging with a video of showcasing the unboxing of the product, within 2 days of delivery for a credit note. In an unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, email us a video of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order with details of the order. All complaints will be processed within 5 working days, and a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest.
